Breaking up with phood will change your life for the better.

Addicted to phood (processed, chemically engineered, low nutrient food)? Try breaking the vicious cycle with a raw, plant based diet. You'll be amazed at how quickly your good judgement and will power return when you feed your body whole, nutrient dense raw foods. VoilĂ ! When your body gets what it needs, your uncontrollable cravings for garbage phood vanish into thin air.

I have been addicted to phood for a long time (even diet phoods) and couldn't figure out why my continuous efforts to live healthier were inevitably met with failure - even when my will power was at its best. This is my journey of breaking the cycle...and I intend to share it along the way.
